As the Managing Partner and founding member of Lexagon Law, LLC, Jenni Wisniewski has built a career by serving the needs of clients engaged in domestic and international franchising. Prior to establishing Lexagon, she held Partner positions at Alexius Solutions, LLC, and Snell & Wilmer, LLP. Jenni also served as General Counsel of The Alternative Board, a business consulting franchise, for seven years.
As a Partner and founding member of Lexagon Law, Jeff Brimer specializes in meeting the unique legal needs of both domestic and international franchisors. Previously, he was Principal and Chief Operating Officer of Alexius Solutions, LLC, an alternative legal services provider. Prior to that role, Jeff was counsel with Faegre Baker Daniels, LLP, as well as Snell & Wilmer, LLP. Before joining Snell & Wilmer, he served as Vice President and General Counsel of Medicine Shoppe International, Inc. for more than 15 years.
